🍲 With the appetizer collection now complete, it felt like the perfect time to move on to one of the biggest sections in Storybook Vale - the entrée menu. Rather than trying to squeeze everything into one enormous post, I've decided to break this catalogue into four parts, starting with these first 15 recipes. It feels like a much more enjoyable way to work through the collection, and it gives each group of dishes a chance to shine.
What immediately stood out to me about this first batch is just how much variety it offers. There are fresh, colourful salads sitting alongside magical seafood recipes, rustic breads, and even a few meals that sound like they belong in a fairy tale. That's one of the things I'm really enjoying about Storybook Vale's cooking catalogue so far-it isn't afraid to mix everyday comfort food with recipes that feel completely unique to this expansion.
A few favourites quickly caught my eye while putting this collection together. A Very Unusual Tea Time and Argossian Pizza both have plenty of character, Cacio e Pepe keeps things beautifully simple, and Arcane Garlic Crab and Flying Fish Quenelles bring a little extra fantasy to the table. Then there are recipes like Barley Salad, Caprese Salad, and Cauliflower Steak, which feel perfect for building relaxed outdoor dining areas or cosy kitchens tucked away somewhere in the Vale.
